Silvertree was created by husband and wife team Neil and Janine in the above picture, who between them bring over 30 years of industry experience, knowledge and expertise to their business.
Having risen through the ranks of the recruitment profession whilst working for some of the best known independent, national and international recruitment agencies in the UK, they had a "Jerry Maguire moment" quite literally!
One Sunday evening inspired by having watched the film Jerry Maguire, Janine cracked open a rather nice bottle of Pinot Noir and they sat down and started to sketch out an idea which grew (as the Pinot went down) in to a vision of their own recruitment business.
